Your new role
As Financial Analyst, youll work closely with the Finance Manager and key stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights and support commercial decision-making. Responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, management reporting and dashboard preparation. Youll also partner with business leaders to understand performance drivers, support month-end activities and contribute to finance projects, systems enhancements and process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
Youll have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, ideally alongside CA/CPA qualifications or progress towards completion. Youll bring experience across financial analysis, management accounting, budgeting or forecasting, with strong Excel, financial modelling and stakeholder management skills. Most importantly, youll be commercially minded and comfortable turning financial data into clear, practical insights.
