Finance Manager - Property Funds
- Manage financial reporting and controls for a JV fund over $2bn
- Oversee audit processes and support tax preparation
- Collaborate with funds management and property development teams

The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with Fund Managers, Property Development and JV partner, the role includes:
- Manage the financial reporting and controls for a JV fund ($2bn +)
- Oversight of financial reporting, unit pricing, distributions, investor reporting and performance reporting
- Manage end to end audit process with external auditors
- Support the Tax Manager with the preparation of BAS, distribution reviews, tax returns and analysis as required
- Partner with funds management, property development teams and JV partner
- Work alongside group treasury to ensure cashflow management
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 8 + years of work experience. Strong preference for significant property funds experience including broad experience across reporting, technical accounting, controls, tax and treasury.
