We’re seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with a strong background in civil construction and directional drilling to oversee project delivery across metropolitan Perth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee civil construction and HDD activities across multiple sites.
- Manage daily work allocations, labour, plant and equipment.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and safety compliance.
- Liaise with Project Managers, client representatives and underground service locators.
- Manage site reporting, variations and resource utilisation.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Field Supervisor, Site Supervisor or equivalent in major civil construction.
- Strong civil, directional drilling and underground utilities experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage site operations and project delivery.
- Current WA White Card, HR driver's licence, First Aid and CPR (WA Accredited), essential.
- Relevant utility inductions and access training.
