We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team within a globally recognised fashion brand.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves fashion, people and sales, and knows how to create a store environment where both customers and teams thrive.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong service culture
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations
- Recruit, train and develop team members
- Lead VM, floor changes, promotions and store initiatives
- Work closely with the District Manager to deliver business goals
What we’re looking for
- Proven Store Manager experience in fashion or fast-paced retail
- Strong commercial mindset with a genuine drive to achieve results
- A confident, hands-on people leader
- Passionate about fashion, customer service and team development
- Someone who leads from the front and creates a positive, high-energy culture
- Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills
