YOUR ROLE
As the RIGHT HAND to the Senior Head Lawyer of this winning Family/Estates Law Team, you will appreciate the top mentorship+ love the challenge+ satisfaction of intimate direct hands-on involvement in helping to solve family/estates legal issues+ disputes including:
- Divorce/separation, Property/financial settlements, Parenting/custody/child support/adoption;
- Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, asset protection, guardianship and administration of deceased estates and Family Provision Act claims.
Key responsibilities include liaising with clients/solicitors/barristers, preparing court documents/letters, preparing briefs to barristers, arranging meetings, diary management+ filing and general administration.
