About the Role 

As a Faculty Manager, Humanities and Pathways you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that support learners, educators, and communities across South Australia and beyond. Whether you are designing bold new systems, supporting educators, analysing data, or delivering programs that make learning more meaningful, your work will leave a legacy. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture that promotes innovation, agility and continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with schools, educators and key stakeholders to drive innovation, strengthen curriculum and assessment practices, and support continuous improvement across the education system.  
  • Influence the future of senior secondary education by leading initiatives that improve student outcomes and support young people to thrive.  
  • Collaborating with a team of talented, values-led professionals who genuinely care about each other and their work 

What We’re Looking For 

  • The Faculty Manager – Humanities and Pathways will have expertise in EIF and/or AIF and drive the subject renewal transformation for their faculty. 
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in Education 
  • A passion for making education better and fairer 
  • A curious mind and a growth mindset

Remuneration 

ASO 8 - $130,046 to $134,956 per annum plus superannuation. 

This is a term vacancy up to 3 Years
