About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of large format retail assets and contribute to the delivery of efficient, safe, and sustainable building operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee programmed and reactive maintenance, compliance, and contractor performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure building systems operate effectively.
• Manage budgets, process invoices, and monitor Capex and Opex expenditure.
• Coordinate tenant and contractor communications.
• Support the delivery of sustainability and capital works projects.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation, reports, and registers.
• Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, manuals, and building procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years’ experience managing retail, industrial or commercial assets. 
• Strong technical understanding of building systems and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Current WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
