Hays Construction is partnering with a leading tier-two builder to recruit an experienced Facade Foreman for a landmark development located in Hope Island.This is an opportunity to join a well-established project team delivering a large-scale apartment development and take ownership of all facade activities from structure through to completion. You will play a key role in driving programme, quality, safety and subcontractor performance across the external envelope package.Your new role

Coordinate and supervise all facade works including glazing, cladding, balustrades, waterproofing and external finishes Manage and drive subcontractor performance, productivity and programme outcomes Conduct daily site inspections and ensure works are completed in accordance with plans and specifications Monitor quality assurance processes and defect prevention initiatives Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and site requirements Liaise closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, consultants and subcontractors Coordinate deliveries, access requirements and sequencing of facade trades Assist with programme management and look-ahead scheduling Drive practical completion milestones and defect rectification activities

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Facade Foreman on large-scale residential or commercial projectsStrong knowledge of facade systems including glazing, cladding and waterproofing packagesPrevious experience delivering multi-storey residential developmentsExcellent subcontractor management and communication skillsStrong understanding of QA, WHS and construction methodologiesWhat you'll get in return
