Are you a skilled chef who thrives in fastpaced kitchens and loves the adventure of working away? Were building a dynamic casual pool of talented chefs to support a variety of highperforming sites across Western Australia and you could be part of it.

Your new role
Youll be a TradeQualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) ready to step into busy bulkcatering environments. Expect variety day and night shifts, different sites, and rosters such as 2:1 or 1:1, with 1012-hour days. All roles are FIFO from Perth, so WA residency and the ability to mobilise quickly are essential.

What you'll need to succeed
Were keen to hear from chefs with bulkcatering experience, whether youve worked FIFO before or are looking to break into the industry. Youll also need:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance (covered by Hays)
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Ability to complete all required site inductions
• Two contactable references from the last 12 months
• Capacity to pass a preemployment medical, including fitness and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
• WA residency and availability to fly from Perth Airport
