Due to continued business growth and upcoming staff departures, they are seeking an experienced Embroiderer to join their team.
Your new role
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Embroiderer to join a team operating six specialised embroidery machines. Working in a busy production environment, you will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidered products while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with overtime opportunities available.Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring commercial embroidery machines
• Preparing garments and materials for production
• Maintaining quality standards across all embroidered products
• Meeting production schedules and deadlines
• Identifying and resolving minor production issues
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working collaboratively within a small team environment

What you'll need to succeed
Previous embroidery experience highly regardedExperience operating embroidery machines or similar production equipmentStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable, punctual and committed to long-term employmentStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and within a teamGood communication skillsOverseas embroidery experience will be consideredMust be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmWhat you'll get in return

You'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime opportunities. To recognise commitment and reliability, a $2,000 retention bonus is available after 12 months of employment.
