Balcatta-based client looking for experienced Electronic Technicians for a 6-month role paying $44ph+ super

My client are a national leader supplying technology solutions to the mines.
Your new role
The Electronic Technician carries out specific work tasks based on the product lifecycle, as follows:Manufacturing and assembly of electronic parts and products, which includes:
- Using basic hand tools screwdriver, circlip, pliers, cutters
- Soldering (ensuring fume extraction and pressure), crimping, wiring
- Engraving
- Part assembly using hands
- Application of RTV silicone
Testing of electronic parts or products either prior to commissioning, or upon return from use. This involves:
- Conducting visual checks for damage
- Conducting polarity checks using multimeters
- Conducting voltage checks utilising a variety of equipment such as oscilloscopes, battery analysers, power suppliers
- Checking the charging functioning and capacity
Conducting repairs to damaged electronic parts or products:
- Cleaning parts for ease of inspection using appropriate chemicals, including spray & wipe and ISO propylene
- Unassembly of larger products/parts to fix smaller components.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will be essential.
