Your new role
We are seeking anExperienced Electrician to join a busy site maintenance team on a 2:2 roster.Working across fixed plant, camp facilities and auxiliary equipment, you willbe responsible for delivering high quality electrical maintenance, faultfinding and repair services to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the site infrastructure.
Key responsibilitiesInclude:

Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, installations and breakdown work Performing preventativemaintenance and statutory testing activities Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults across a range of equipment Maintaining conveyors,crushers, screens, pumps and other fixed plant equipment Supporting water treatmentand sewage treatment plant operations Ensuring all work iscompleted in accordance with site safety procedures and legislative requirements Contributing to maintenanceplanning and scheduling activities Working closely withoperations and maintenance teams to maximise equipment reliability

What you'll need to succeed
Australian Electrical Trade QualificationCurrent QLD Electrical LicenceUnrestricted C Class Driver's LicenceCurrent CPR/LVR and First Aid certificationPrevious mining, processing plant or heavy industrial maintenance experienceStrong fault-finding anddiagnostic skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentHighly regarded:
Refrigeration /Air Conditioning or Dual Trade qualificationPLC and InstrumentationexperienceEWP, Forklift or AC TicketExperience maintaining watertreatment or fixed plant infrastructure
