About The Opportunity: 

We are looking for an Electrician to join our great team at our Energy yard in Malaga, Perth. This is a Perth based role with ADHOC site travel to service equipment hired out to clients all over WA. You will be expected to be away 70:30 being yard based. 

You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining power, lighting and dewatering equipment; be able to read technical diagrams and schematics and oversee & troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
 
 
About You: 
  

  • You will have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Be physically able to lift & move items
  • Good communication skills (written/interpersonal)
  • Ability to read and understand schematic drawings
  • Good Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to follow instructions when given

  
Requirements: 
  

  • Electrical Trade certificate
  • Grade A State Electrical Licence
  • A minimum of 2 years post trade experience
  • Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) Training within 12 months of conclusion date
  • Cardiopulmonary Perform Resuscitation (CPR) Training within 12 months of conclusion date
  • Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge
  • Experience in renewable energy field
  • Experience with dewatering pumps and generators
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines to meet AS 3000
