Electrical Supervisor
- Lead electrical crews across multiple work fronts
- Plan and coordinate shutdown activities
- Mentor and develop site personnel
DRD Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with S26 Statutory Supervisor endorsement to join major resource projects across Western Australia.
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' electrical supervisory experience in mining or construction
- Electrical and instrumentation experience across fixed plant and NPI scopes
- Experience managing maintenance and project work
- Valid WA Electrical Licence
- S26 Supervisor Certificate
- Strong safety leadership and crew-development capability
- Senior First Aid, Working at Heights, Basic Fire and Confined Space certifications are desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Lead electrical crews across multiple work fronts
- Plan and coordinate shutdown activities
- Develop and review JHAs, SWIs and permits
- Ensure work complies with safety, quality and client requirements
- Coordinate with clients, planners and other supervisors
- Mentor and develop site personnel.
