Electrical Supervisor

Job description

A great opportunity to deliver Electrical Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Works to a range of building services plant and equipment including GenSets and HV to a large facility South of Perth.

The Role

Lead a small team of Trades and Contractors, coordinating maintenance operations and optimising asset performance; ensuring full compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of direct and contract staff across a large facility South of Perth.
• You will manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Building Services plant, including GenSest & HV.
• Actively contribute to and support business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems using a SAP system.
• Oversee contractor safety and compliance, including SWMS and adherence to the company’s Risk Protocols.
• Proactively manage team and contractor performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
• Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections, raising work orders or quotes as required.
• Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication.

Requirements:

• Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure a NV1 Clearance.
• Have a Cert III Electrical and 'A' Grade Licence.
• Prior experience using SAP for Work Orders and Budget updating.
• A valid Australian Driver’s license 
• Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
