Your new role
This role has a strong stakeholder engagement and change management focus, working closely with business areas to communicate the improvement of compliance, awareness, and organisational capability.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on the communication of record management and risk management.
- Collaborating on the development and continuous improvement of records and information management strategies, policies, procedures and frameworks.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to uplift and deliver the change communications of recordkeeping capability and promote compliance obligations.
- Contributing to audit recommendations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Leading stakeholder engagement and advisory activities to ensure information governance obligations are effectively communicated and integrated into organisational change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to drive behavioural and cultural change.
- Well-developed written communication, reporting and presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of records and information management legislation.
- Previous Commonwealth Government experience will be highly regarded.
