E-Commerce Specialist
- Plan and execute eCommerce campaigns and promotions.
- Manage paid digital activity and monitor performance.
- Support website optimisation and improve customer experience.
We are currently seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join a leading consumer products organisation on an initial 6-month temporary assignment, with potential for extension.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving online sales, customer acquisition and conversion through digital campaigns, promotional activity and website optimisation.

About the Role
- Plan and execute eCommerce campaigns, promotions, product launches and seasonal activity
- Manage the eCommerce promotional calendar and coordinate campaigns across digital channels
- Manage paid digital activity including Google Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing
- Monitor website, campaign and conversion performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Support website optimisation and initiatives to improve customer experience and online conversion
- Manage website content, product information and promotional activity
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Category, CRM, Website teams and external agencies
- Coordinate campaign delivery from planning through to execution and analysis
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and hands-on, with strong eCommerce and digital marketing experience.
You will ideally have:
- Proven eCommerce Marketing experience
- Strong digital marketing and paid media knowledge
- Hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with website optimisation and conversion
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, affiliate marketing or marketplace activity will be advantageous.
