Dynamics Tech Lead
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Dynamics Developers.
- Design and implement solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
- Drive the migration from on-premise Dynamics to Dynamics 365 Cloud.
I'm currently working with a leading organisation looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to take ownership of their Dynamics team and play a key role in their transition from an on-premise CRM environment to the cloud.
This is a great opportunity for a senior Dynamics specialist who enjoys being hands-on while also providing technical leadership to a small team of developers.
The Role
You'll lead a team of 3-5 Dynamics Developers, working across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and C#/.NET to deliver solutions across the organisation.
You'll be heavily involved in the migration and upgrade from on-premise Dynamics to the cloud, while continuing to drive the technical development of Dynamics CRM and integrations with a range of third-party platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Dynamics Developers
- Design and implement solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure
- Provide technical leadership across Dynamics CRM development and integrations
- Design solutions across both on-premise and cloud Dynamics environments
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver the cloud-based CRM platform
- Lead the migration/upgrade from on-premise Dynamics to Dynamics 365 Cloud
- Work across customisation, configuration, development and integration
What We're Looking For
- 10 to 15 + years' experience across Dynamics and C#/.NET
- Strong recent experience with Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
- Experience designing and developing solutions across both on-premise and cloud Dynamics
- Strong customisation and configuration experience
- C#/.NET experience is essential
- Experience with Dynamics CRM data migration would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience providing technical leadership to Dynamics teams
The Opportunity
- 12-month contract with potential to extend
- $1,100-$1,200/day inc. Super
- Sydney-based with hybrid working (remote if outside of NSW but within Australia)
- Leadership opportunity within a major Dynamics transformation
- Opportunity to take ownership of a Dynamics team and influence the future CRM platform
