With a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress into a Team Leader position, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on technically but is ready to develop their leadership and management skills.
The Opportunity
Working across a portfolio of large commercial sites, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting a range of complex HVAC and electrical systems. You'll join a supportive team with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and grow into a leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and electrical systems.
- Work across large commercial buildings and complex mechanical plant.
- Diagnose faults and carry out breakdown repairs.
- Maintain and service VRV/VRF systems and central plant equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance and reactive service work.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Build strong relationships with clients and site contacts.
- Take on additional team coordination and leadership responsibilities as you progress.
What We're Looking For
- Dual trade qualifications in HVAC/Refrigeration and Electrical.
- Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
- Strong experience working across large commercial sites.
- Proven experience with VRV/VRF systems and central plant.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- A professional approach to customer service and site safety.
- Someone keen to develop their leadership skills and progress into a Team Leader role.
