What's on Offer

Drill Support & Blast Crew

Rates: $57.79/hr Days | $60.98/hr Nights

Roster: 2:1 FIFO or DIDO (primarily days)

For Both Roles

Weekly pay

Super paid on all hours worked

Camp accommodation and meals provided

Flights from Perth / DIDO from Karratha

PPE supplied

About the Roles

Drill Support

Assist production drilling operations

Support drill maintenance and servicing

Work alongside experienced Drillers

Build skills towards a future Driller role

Blast Crew

Assist with blast preparation and charging activities

Support Shotfirers and Blast Crew members

Set up exclusion zones and safety barriers

Conduct equipment checks and housekeeping duties

Build skills towards a future Shotfirer role

Requirements

HR Licence (Drill Support) or C Class Licence (Blast Crew)

White Card

DGSC or willingness to obtain

National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Full Australian working rights

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to perform physically demanding work in remote conditions

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screening

Must be clean shaven for site requirements

Previous mining, construction, civil, agriculture, quarrying or heavy industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
