Drainage Offisder

- Assist with general civil construction activities, including pipelaying and drainage works.
- Undertake general labouring duties such as digging, shoveling, trenching and site clean-up.
- Support drainage crews and truck drivers with daily operational tasks.
Role: Drainage Offsider / Labourer
Location: Albany
Hourly Rate: $36.29 + Penalties
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm
Start Date: Immediately
Job Type: Long Term
Duties:
- Assist with general civil construction activities, including pipelaying and drainage works.
- Undertake general labouring duties such as digging, shoveling, trenching and site clean-up.
- Support drainage crews and truck drivers with daily operational tasks.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance and cleaning of stormwater drainage systems.
- Help set up and pack down equipment and materials required for service installations.
- Operate basic hand tools, measuring equipment and small plant as required.
Requirements:
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Confined Spaces Licence
- Working at Heights Licence
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work outside
- Previous civil, construction, drainage, pipelaying or general labouring experience highly regarded, but not essential
