Domestic Attendant - Expression of Interest

The Opportunity
Forest Grove Retirement Living, located in Durack, is the largest retirement living village in Queensland with close to 700 residents! As a Domestic Attendant, you will provide essential housekeeping and cleaning services across the village while delivering a welcoming and customer-focused experience for residents. You’ll be part of a friendly, people-focused team where you will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents.
We are opening Expressions of Interest for part-time Domestic Attendants for the following roster options:
- Monday-Thursday 8.30am-12.30pm
- Monday-Thursday 6am-12.30pm (must be able to commence at 6am).
Your Impact
- Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across apartments or village common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, stairwells and rooms
- Build positive relationships as a friendly and approachable presence at the village
- Assist residents and the community with general ad-hoc tasks as required
- Follow all OH&S requirements and promptly report any safety or security concerns
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or similar service-focused roles
- A positive, respectful and people‑focused approach, with a strong commitment to providing a supportive experience for residents
- The ability to work confidently and independently while managing daily tasks and priorities
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations (required)
