Are you an experienced Documentation Technician looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established Brisbane practice?

Due to continued project wins and a healthy pipeline of work, they are seeking a skilled Documentation Technician to join their collaborative and supportive team.

The Role
Working closely with Architects, Project Leaders, and consultants, you'll play a key role in the delivery of projects through detailed documentation, technical coordination, and construction drawing production.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed documentation packages across all project stages
- Coordinate consultant information and project requirements
- Produce accurate construction documentation and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards
- Assist with project delivery and technical problem-solving
- Support the team through documentation and construction phases
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an architectural documentation role
- Strong technical knowledge of local construction methods and detailing
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Experience delivering commercial, multi-residential, social housing, or public sector projects
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication and consultant coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
