Reporting to the Executive Medical team, you'll provide strategic leadership across multiple specialist services, driving clinical excellence, workforce development, quality improvement and service innovation while supporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care.

About You
You will hold Specialist Registration (or be eligible) with AHPRA and have demonstrated experience leading medical teams within Aged Care, Rehabilitation or Palliative Medicine.

You'll be recognised as a collaborative leader with strong clinical governance, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills, together with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive service improvement initiatives, mentor and develop medical staff, and deliver high-quality, patient-centred healthcare. You will be an influential communicator with a commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
