Distribution Centre Team Member | Eastern Creek

• Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
• Dayshift 6:00am - 2:00pm (2:30pm finish on Mondays)
• LF & LO Forklift Licence required

About the Role

Join the team at Myer's Eastern Creek Distribution Centre, where you'll play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations. This hands-on position involves forklift operation, picking and packing orders, receiving and dispatching stock, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer and store orders
• Operate forklifts and move stock safely throughout the distribution centre
• Operate and manage manual handling processes within the automated sortation system
• Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments
• Complete general housekeeping and administrative tasks as required
• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A current LF Forklift Licence (LO Licence or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
• Confidence using computers and RF scanning technology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
