Disability Support Worker

The Role:
Our participant traumatic brain injury who requires support 2:1 Monday to Sunday. This role is on a casual on-going basis and commencing immediately.
Duties
- Assistance with personal care
- Assistance with domestic tasks
- Manual handling such as transfers
- Administering medication
- Assisting with community access + health and rehab appointments
Skills and experiences
- Australian Driver License
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
- Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
- Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
- Administer medication
