Join Spatial Information as Director Spatial Systems and provide strategic leadership for a large ICT applications portfolio that supports critical spatial and business systems across the department. This permanent opportunity is based in Brisbane, with other NRMMRRD office locations able to be negotiated.

Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will oversee the delivery of secure, reliable and high-quality ICT services while driving digital transformation and system integration initiatives. You'll be responsible for strategic planning, workforce capability, resource management and the delivery of major ICT projects and programs that support organisational priorities.

This role includes oversight of ICT licensing, service agreements, application management, governance and information security compliance. Working collaboratively across the department and with external stakeholders, you'll help shape investment priorities, deliver customer-focused outcomes and ensure critical systems continue to meet business needs.

We're seeking a strategic leader with experience supervising geographically dispersed ICT professionals, delivering complex ICT projects and building strong stakeholder relationships. Strong communication skills, sound judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement will be key to your success.
