The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the glue between our family of clients and our team of expert specialists. You'll learn your clients' businesses intimately and work closely with an experienced, supportive team to deliver outstanding digital marketing results. Your day-to-day will include:
- Analysing digital marketing opportunities and building innovative strategies for clients
- Regularly sharing wins and opportunities with your client base
- Delivering first-class care, service, and value to every client
- Recommending and upselling additional services to help clients generate more leads
- Reviewing client websites to identify conversion rate improvements
- Conducting keyword research and analysis across organic and paid channels
- Staying on top of the latest trends and methodologies in digital marketing
About You
- A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with clients
- Super-organised, with a real passion for efficiency
- A solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRO — and a drive to keep learning
- Comfortable juggling multiple client projects at once
- Dependable, both to teammates and clients
- Able to follow existing processes and contribute to building better ones
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid search platforms
