The Opportunity
As a Partner in the Business Services & Tax division, you will take a key leadership role in driving growth, deepening client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams. You will have the platform, resources, and support to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, while influencing the strategic direction of the practice.
This is a role for a commercially-minded leader who enjoys combining technical excellence with business development, people leadership, and innovative thinking.

About You
You are a senior leader within Business Services & Tax, ideally already operating at Partner level or ready to step up from Director. You combine strong technical capability with proven commercial acumen and a passion for client service.
You will bring
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in Business Services & Tax within a reputable firm
- A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership and people development skills
- A growth mindset and collaborative approach
