Experienced Floorhands, Motorhands and Derrickhands

Harness works with multiple drilling and well servicing contractors meaning you will have the opportunity to work on different rigs and crews all over Australia.We have exciting opportunities to come onboard and join well established and reputable Oil & Gas companies in Drilling and Workover that value hard work and career progression.
Working over a 24 hour rotating roster, you would be required to work 12 hour shifts on an even 2 or 3 week on/off rotation. Mobilisation will be from either Brisbane or Toowoomba. Ideally you are ready for an immediate start.
- Derrickhand $700 day rate: Must hold a minimum of a Cert III in Oil & Gas Drilling (Onshore) and working in the capacity of a Derrickahnd for a minimum of 24 months
- Motorhand $675 day rate: Must hold a minimum of a Cert II in Oil & Gas Drilling (Onshore) and Well Servicing and working in the capacity of a Motorhand for a minimum of 12 months
- Floorhand $650 day rate: Must hold a minimum of a Cert II in Oil & Gas Drilling (Onshore) and Well Servicing and working in the capacity of a Floorhand for a minimum of 12 months
Rig Ready training can also be provided/updated for the right candidates.
Previous Oil & Gas personnel who have worked in Australia but have travelled overseas and wish to come back into the Australian market welcomed to apply. If you do not hold the relevant requirements, we are in a position to offer a RPL in order to transition you back into Australian standards (subject to passing assessment).
