Working across bespoke, high-end homes, you’ll be involved in delivering beautifully designed residential projects from concept through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who combines strong design ability with solid technical and documentation skills and wants to work on high-quality, design-led projects.
The Role
- Deliver luxury residential projects across all project stages
- Develop design concepts and detailed architectural solutions
- Produce high-quality documentation using Revit
- Coordinate consultants and project stakeholders
- Liaise with clients, builders and consultants
- Assist with planning, approvals and construction delivery
- Attend site meetings and support projects through construction
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ architectural experience
- Proven experience working on luxury residential projects
- Strong Revit skills are essential
- Excellent design eye and attention to detail
- Strong technical documentation and detailing experience
- Good understanding of the NCC and Australian construction standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
