Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects valued between $1M and $5M simultaneously
• Ensure projects stay on program and are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Create, define, and drive project scope from start to finish
• Run a tight ship on site and in the office, keeping projects organised, accountable, and on track
• Mentor and develop Contract Administrators, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their growth
• Communicate and delegate responsibilities effectively across the project team
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, resolving any issues or disputes that arise

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Project Manager within the Commercial Fitout sector
• A solid track record with reputable fitout builders
• Demonstrated experience running multiple projects concurrently, valued from $1M up to $5M
• Strong D&C experience and knowledge
• Procore experience is essential
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• A team-based approach and the ability to fit within a collaborative, people-focused culture
