Occupational Therapist – Community Aged Care

THE ROLE

Join a multidisciplinary team as a Community Occupational Therapist, supporting older adults aged 75+ to maintain their independence, safety and quality of life at home.

You’ll manage a community-based caseload through My Home Care Packages, completing initial assessments, functional capacity assessments, home modification recommendations and ongoing reviews.

With no office-based requirement, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home and travel directly to clients in your local area. This role is ideal for an OT with 2-3 years of experience who enjoys working autonomously, building relationships with clients and helping older adults remain independent in their own homes.

The position offers flexibility to work 3-5 days per week, with a start date available within the next four weeks.
