We're looking for a driven, people-focused Store Manager to lead our Shepparton team and continue building on our reputation for outstanding service, strong customer relationships and commercial success.
This is a leadership role with real influence. You'll be responsible for driving performance, developing your team and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional Stratco experience.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the store's operations while creating a culture built on safety, service and results. You'll:
- Lead, coach and develop a high performing retail team
- Drive sales growth and store profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences for both trade and retail customers
- Manage inventory, merchandising and daily operation
- Monitor store performance and implement initiatives to improve results
- Foster a positive, engaged and accountable team culture
- Champion workplace safety and operational excellence
About you
You're an experienced retail or operational leader who knows how to bring people together around a common goal.
You'll bring:
- Leadership experience in retail, trade, building sector or a related industry
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for achieving results
