About the Role
Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time (depending on availability)We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to provide quality care and assistance to a participant in Parkes, NSW.
The successful candidate will support the participant with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain their well-being, dignity, and quality of life.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide person-centred support tailored to the participants needs.
Assist with daily living activities and personal care, where required.
Support community access and participation in daily activities.
Encourage independence and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.
Follow individual support plans and relevant care procedures.
Maintain professional boundaries and accurate documentation.
Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field.
Previous experience in disability or community support.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality support.
A valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle, if required for the role.
