We are seeking a Safety Advisor to be based in Bundaberg, supporting our manufacturing operations and installation activities through a visible, handson approach to workplace safety.

As Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS practices across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing practical WHS advice across manufacturing and installation environments
  • Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
  • Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Coordinating and delivering safety training and toolbox talks
  • Supporting rehabilitation and returntowork processes
  • Maintaining WHS documentation, reporting and records
  • Analysing safety data and assisting with audits and performance reporting
  • Building strong relationships through a visible, onsite presence

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven WHS experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction environments
  • A practical, solutionsfocused mindset
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
  • Confidence working autonomously with operational teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS 
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
  • High level of computer literacy
