Mercy Community is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our friendly team at Loreto Aged Care, a 36-bed residential facility located in sunny Townsville.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing safe, high-quality clinical care aligned with best practice
- Supporting, mentoring, and coordinating care staff
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families
- Managing AN-ACC documentation to optimise funding and care outcomes
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- Proven experience leading a care team within an aged care environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for holistic, person-centred care
