Front of House Receptionist | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane | 12-month fixed-term
We are seeking a driven & hardworking can-do attitude Front of House Receptionist to join our team! – Our Front of House plays a critical role in ensuring our customers experience an overall luxury brand experience during their visit.
You will be supported by another Receptionist, while you meet and greet clients, manage a busy switchboard and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting and supporting customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have an exceptional experience,
- Ensuring relevant areas are kept clean and tidy and presented to an impeccable standard
- Working as part of a team to ensure coverage across the building
- Ensure adherence to company policy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
About you:
- Impeccable presentation
- Experience in a dynamic & fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent customer service and the ability to handle a variety of questions
- Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures
- The ability to respond and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Available to work Saturdays with one rostered day off during the week
