Company Secretary / Governance Manager

An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Company Secretary / Governance Manager to join a leading ASX-listed organisation within its Corporate Affairs, Risk & Legal team.

Supporting the Board, Board Committees and Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in delivering best-practice corporate governance while ensuring compliance with the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and broader regulatory obligations.
This position will see you coordinate Board and Committee meetings, manage Board papers and minutes, provide governance advice to senior stakeholders, and maintain governance frameworks, policies and delegations. A significant aspect of the role involves overseeing governance across a portfolio of Australian and international subsidiary entities, working with external advisers and corporate service providers to ensure ongoing statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

To be successful, you will have significant experience in company secretariat or corporate governance within a large listed or multinational organisation, with proven expertise supporting Boards and managing complex governance requirements. Exposure to international subsidiary governance, strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional written communication are essential. A Governance Institute of Australia qualification or legal background will be highly regarded.
