Your new role
Due to continuedgrowth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager ready to takethe next step into a Senior Site Manager position.
You'll oversee avariety of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $2M to$40M, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients toensure successful project delivery. Projects are diverse and may includecommercial offices, workplace environments, upgrades, refurbishments, and liveenvironment projects.

This role would suitsomeone who is already operating as a Site Manager on larger projects and islooking for more responsibility, greater exposure, and a clear pathway forprogression
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. Background as a Site Manager working on projects ranging from approximately $2M-$40M. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, safety, and quality outcomes. Experience working in live environments would be highly regarded. Stable employment history and a genuine desire to progress your career. Trade background preferred but not essential.
