Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Performance to join our Asset Management team on a 12-month maximum term contract. This is an opportunity to lead how we improve performance across Asset Management, bringing together platforms, processes, data, AI and people to create simpler, smarter and more scalable ways of working.

You’ll set the Platform Performance roadmap and lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, transforming manual and fragmented workflows into sustainable, AI-enabled ways of working.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set the strategic direction and roadmap for Platform Performance across Asset Management.
• Lead platform uplift, workflow redesign, AI enablement and automation, embedding improvements into BAU.
• Drive the AI use-case portfolio from experimentation through to adoption and measurable value.
• Establish clear measures for benefits and value realisation, helping shape future investment decisions.
• Prioritise initiatives and resources based on business value, risk, feasibility and readiness.
• Build organisational capability and adoption through effective change, training and knowledge sharing.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, creating a culture of collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders across Asset Management, Finance, Technology, Data, Risk and Operations to turn strategy into outcomes.

You’re a strategic and commercially minded transformation leader who knows how to turn complexity into clarity and ideas into measurable business outcomes. You’re energised by emerging technology and AI, but equally focused on the people, processes and change needed to make new ways of working stick.

You’ll bring:

• Significant senior experience across business transformation, operational excellence, platform performance, strategy, process improvement or digital enablement.
• Proven experience leading complex workflow redesign, automation, AI or digital adoption initiatives.
• The ability to translate strategy and operational challenges into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience establishing governance, performance measures and benefits realisation.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Strong change leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity and confidence around AI-enabled ways of working and emerging technology.
• Experience within property, asset management, real estate, financial services or another complex operating environment will be highly regarded.
