- Dinner Chef: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm | 40 hours per week
- Special Diets Chef: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm | 38 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare high-quality meals with a strong focus on flavour, presentation and consistency
- Deliver efficient food preparation and bulk cooking to meet daily service requirements
- Dinner Chef: Coordinate and deliver quality evening meals in a busy, professional kitchen
- Special Diets Chef: Prepare meals in accordance with specified dietary requirements and established food safety procedures
- Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene, food safety and workplace standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and consistently high standards
