Insurance Building Supervisor

Brisbane | Competitive Salary + Super + Vehicle

An established insurance builder is looking for an experienced Insurance Building Supervisor to join their Brisbane team.

This is a great opportunity for someone already working within insurance repairs who wants to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work, supportive management and plenty of autonomy across their portfolio.

The Role

As an Insurance Building Supervisor, you will manage a portfolio of residential insurance repair works from commencement through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple insurance repair projects simultaneously

• Conducting site inspections and coordinating works

• Scheduling and managing trades and subcontractors

• Monitoring job progress, quality and timeframes

• Managing variations and ensuring works remain within scope

• Liaising with homeowners, internal teams and other stakeholders

• Ensuring works meet insurer requirements and client KPIs

• Maintaining accurate job notes and documentation throughout the repair process

About You

• Previous supervisory experience within insurance building/repairs

• Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair methodologies

• Experience managing multiple jobs at different stages

• Strong trade and subcontractor management skills

• Excellent organisation and time management

• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

• A trade background or relevant building qualification will be highly regarded
