You’ll be part of a team committed to creating meaningful relationships, supporting independence and ensuring individuals feel seen, heard and empowered.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and maintain staff rosters across service locations
  • Match appropriately skilled support workers to individual client requirements
  • Ensure client needs, preferences and support requirements are reflected in rosters
  • Monitor staff availability, leave and shift changes
  • Assist with identifying workforce gaps and ongoing staffing requirements
  • Ensure rosters align with client support needs and service requirements


What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination or a similar role
  • Previous experience using MYP care management software is highly desired
  • Experience within disability, aged care, community services, healthcare or social care will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of NDIS rostering and service delivery requirements
  • Knowledge of SCHADS Award requirements
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
