Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep things running smoothly when priorities change?

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support at CEO or equivalent on a temporary assignment commencing the week of 19 October through to 20 November, with the possibility of an extension to cover ongoing sick leave.

You will need to be organised, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure while managing competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support to a CEO or equivalent senior executive.
  • Strong calendar management skills, including navigating complex schedules, competing priorities and last-minute changes.
  • The ability to anticipate needs, think ahead and use sound judgement when managing competing demands.
  • A calm, composed and solutions-focused approach in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • The ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to established processes and ways of working.
