SVP, Operational and Enterprise Risk Management – Investment Firm

The Role
We are partnering with a leading global investment firm that is seeking a Senior Vice President, Operational and Enterprise Risk Management to join its Singapore team.
 
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced risk professional to play a key role in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management framework. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen risk governance, enhance risk oversight capabilities, and drive the evolution of enterprise and operational risk management practices across the organization.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework, including risk taxonomy, risk appetite and governance structures
• Develop risk methodologies, standards, policies and reporting frameworks to support effective risk oversight
• Drive enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment activities across key risk categories
• Strengthen operational risk management practices, including risk assessments, incident management and remediation monitoring
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide risk insights and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare risk reporting and dashboards for management and governance committees

 
Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management and operational risk within financial services
• Proven experience designing and building enterprise risk management frameworks from the ground up

• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management methodologies and risk governance best practices
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and corporate functions
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
