Garden Maintenance Team Member
- Maintain and enhance green spaces across various commercial sites.
- Operate equipment safely and perform routine maintenance.

- Permanent full-time position (Monday-Friday)
- Work based around Melbourne's Northwest suburbs
- Full PPE uniform and equipment provided
About the Role
As a member of the Garden Maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
- Operate various equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Ensure open spaces are maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
About You
- Previous hands-on gardening experience is essential
- A qualified Horticulturist or Parks & Gardens qualification (preferred, not essential)
- Must have a Manual (C) Drivers Licence
- Traffic management experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
