About the role:

• Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities across the business
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company procedures
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure procurement requirements are met
• Support sourcing activities, including obtaining quotations and evaluating supplier options
• Monitor supplier performance and assist with issue resolution when required
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and documentation
• Ensure procurement activities align with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver cost-effective procurement outcomes

About you:

You're a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering quality outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will also bring:

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience using SAP Success Factors will be advantageous.
• Understanding of procurement principles, purchasing processes, and supplier management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
