- Duties include forklift operation, data entry, and inventory management
- Casual contract with potential for permanent position
About company/role:
- Food manufacturing company
- Seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the team
- Day shift (7am-3pm)
- Casual contract, with potential to go permanent
- Fulltime hours, Mon-Fri
- Immediate start
Duties/responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- General forklift duties within a warehouse environment
- Data entry using Microsoft Excel
- Loading and unloading of containers and trucks
- Use of RF scanning guns for inventory movements
- Process inbound and outbound paperwork
- Receiving goods and dispatch via the warehouse management system
- General housekeeping
Skills/experience:
- Must have current forklift license
- Proven experience operating forklift (including counterbalance, high-reach, double-deep (double tonnes)
- Previous experience as a warehouse operator in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience using SAP or other warehouse management systems
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
