We are seeking dedicated Process Workers and Pick-Packers to join our client’s Food Manufacturing team in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. These roles involve working in cool room environments (1–3°C ❄️) and are suited to those comfortable in fast-paced, temperature-controlled settings.

Shift Options & Pay 

• Day & Afternoon shifts (start times 4am – 7pm) ⏰

• Monday to Friday + Saturday shifts

• Hourly Rate: $30.35 – $34.90

Key Responsibilities 

• Pick, pack, sort, and label food products 

• Work safely in cool room conditions 

• Assist with stock rotation & quality checks 

• Operate pallet jacks, tuggers & forklifts (if licensed) 

• Follow food handling & hygiene protocols 

• Maintain a clean & safe workplace 

• Meet KPIs & team performance targets 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in food manufacturing/warehousing/logistics (preferred)

• Comfortable working in cold storage 

• Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg) 

• Knowledge of pallet jacks & tuggers (desirable)

• Team-focused, proactive & positive attitude 

• Full Working Rights in Australia (students welcome )
